Are these gauges intrinsically safe, and do they come with a certificate of calibration from the factory?

Part number 14405.1 is the boot that goes with the gauges.
I am not sure what you mean by intrinsically safe.
The gauges we sell in that series do not come with the certificate of calibration.
You will have to contact the manufacture.

If you want to order the part through us with calibration, we will need the communication you received from the manufacture and the part number they give you.
The process of certification to meet a standard of intrinsic safety for use in hazardous/explosive environments is expensive and cumbersome, and as a result products bearing such qualifications almost always make mention of it in the product literature. Since no such mention appears, the product series can be reasonably presumed to not have such qualification.
