Is #6/3 available in LFLEX HEAT 180 SIHF?

I am looking for #6/3 (2 conductors with ground) for a sauna heater that is rated for 50A and the manual specifies #6 wires. I’d like to use something rated for higher temperature than the 105°C that I find for most SEOOW wire, and it looks like SiHF could be a good fit.

From what I could find on the OLFLEX HEAT 180, the only options I could find at DigiKey, for three conductors would be the options linked HERE. These would be 16 and 20AWG.
For options that were 6AWG and 3 conductors, I found the ones linked HERE, but these only go up to 105°C.
