Is RG255CGL00AB-4M2-TA0AA an EVB board with redCap module RG255CGL already built in? Or do I need to buy the module separately? What accessories does it come with? Would the GL version work in North America?

This part number does not refer to an “evaluation board” per-se, but rather a mounted module in a standard M.2 format.
No additional accessories are included, and the -GL (global) version should be operable in North America.
The Quectel product brochure may contain additional useful information.
Could you please recommend a dev board or EVB kit that works with the RG255C module? This is for lab testing , not commercial product development.
