Is there a Torque Spec for the screws on this backshell?

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum.

I checked the Drawing Document, and the Assembly Instructions, and there is no reference to a torque specification for the screws.

I did not see one either. I am looking for a guideline for our production line to make it repeatable. We had a customer return a few because the screws were too loose.

I did not find any torque specs either, but I did come across a video of the recommended assembly process for the 952 series backshells.

Unfortunately, it makes no mention of torque specs there either, but it might be useful as a means of confirming that your assembly process matches their recommendations, and at the very least, it provides a phone number at the end of the video which one could call and possibly inquire about recommended torque specs.
