Is there a way to only get partial reels when ordering DigiReels?

I recently received several DigiReels that were flimsy or incorrectly spliced reels. They were basically unusable in the SMT machine and caused a significant delay in our build schedule. Is there anyway I can have an account marked to only receive partial reels instead of spiced reels?

Thanks for the response. I just got off the phone with them and I was told there is no way to mark a preference for partial reels. This is disappointing. The smaller reels is a great offering but when they’re not spliced properly and securely, they are basically unusable.
