DigiKey Part Number 604-RCRBD100K1TC11300T-ND

Newbie here buying parts for his first project .

My specs call for a BIPOLAR capacitor, apparently simply non-polarized is not sufficient. I tried finding “BiPolar” in the description.

I would like to know that I’ve purchased the correct component.

Yes, you have the correct capacitor. RCRBD100K1TC11300T is bi-polar.

For future reference you can filter the capacitors with the polarization filter (seen below) to look at only bi-polar capacitors.
