[Laird Technologies](https://www.digikey.com/en/supplier-centers/laird-technologies) offers a diverse array of materials for both thermal management and EMI control. However, there are sometimes discrepancies between what Laird’s website states for a product and what the certificate of conformance for that product claims, in regards to the shelf life of products that have one. Which should be trusted?

In cases like this, you should **trust the Certificate of Conformance.** Laird’s website documentation can be slow to catch up to current specifications at times, while their C of Cs will be current. Let us know if such a discrepancy happens to you and we can update our own website, as well.
