12 Pads on board for 12 surface pins on port
Front Row (6 pins through holes): A configuration of 1 - [space] - 4 - [space] - 1

Rear Row (6 pins through holes): The 3 - [gap] - 3

Wider Anchor Points: These are the “shell legs” that solder into the large structural holes to prevent the port from snapping off when you plug in a cable. approximately 12mm wide at one side and 9mm on the other.

Port is approximately 9mm x 9mm not counting the wider spread legs mentioned above at 12mm

Heres an image of the board first, then the wrong port i purchased and then the original port I need that has the 12 pins broken off when port was damaged.
732-13723-1-ND may warrant consideration. Failing that, this would be the shorter list of products in the family that I’d start looking through.
Connectors of the sort are notorious for being hard to replace; the board-side footprints aren’t well standardized, and OEMs will often select relatively obscure suppliers to save costs.

Not a photo unfortunately, but they do have 3d models and a dimensional diagram showing the various angles of the part on the manufacturer website.
