Looking for Equivalent Magnetic Components (PS22-109 and PS22-110) from Infineon REF_140W_HFB_PAG2S

Hello everyone,

I am currently working on the Infineon reference design REF_140W_HFB_PAG2S and I am having difficulty sourcing the custom magnetic components specified in the BOM from Sumida.

The components are:

  • PS22-110 – PFC choke
    • Inductance: 190 µH
    • Turns ratio: Np:Na = 46:9
    • Core: RM10
  • PS22-109 – HFB transformer
    • Turns ratio: Np:Ns:Na1:Na2 = 21:3:1:2
    • Magnetizing inductance (Lp): 230 µH
    • Leakage inductance (Llk): 2.8 µH
    • Core: RM10

I have attached the detailed specifications and drawings for both magnetic components.

Does anyone know of:

  1. Equivalent off-the-shelf components?
  2. Alternative manufacturers that can provide these magnetic parts?
  3. Any companies that have already built compatible magnetics for this reference design?

Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
