I am looking for the male part of this connector. Both parts are stamped ALTW. The male should have wire leads. It’s an eledivall 188 transmitter for a reversing edge.

Is it possible for you to share photos of the connector you are trying to mate to, or replace? And can you share the pitch (measurement between contacts, center to center) and # of positions of this connector? That would help narrow down finding a potential connector housing/assembly.

After Googling around a bit, I think I found what you’re looking for. Assuming this is the connector for which you are looking for a mate:
I believe it’s an Amphenol LTW SSL1.2 series header.
If that’s correct, then the following are mating cable assemblies:
