Looking for identification of a six pin IC that is marked BLV and AB on it. The measurements are 2.1mm long way, 1.1mm wide (not including the legs at all) and 1mm total height.
I have attached a poor picture of it as I was having a hard time getting a good picture but it shows the markings at least.
There’s no way to guarantee that the SI1469DH-T1-E3 is the correct part, though the markings seem pretty close to what’s shown in the datasheet from @Kristof_2649’s post and the image that @Adam7 provided.
An additional means of helping to verify would be to take note the pinout of the SI1469DH.
Make note that pins 1, 2, 5, and 6 are all shorted together. If your part or an identical part from another board is functional, you could test for that. If you don’t have access to a healthy part, perhaps you could check the board and see if those same pin pads are shorted together.
Also, the Gate, pin 3 would typically be connected directly or indirectly via a resistor to an output pin from some sort of controller IC.
And finally, since the SI1469DH is a P-channel MOSFET, the Source, pin 4, would be at a higher potential (voltage) on the board than the Drain. Commonly, the Source would be connected to a voltage supply rail and a load would be connected on the Drain side in a “high-side switch” configuration.
