Looking for replacement component (2841AA), transistor?

Comes from a 2004 Dodge Durango PCM. I believe it’s a transistor. The complete markings are:

2841AA
PHm 0401 D2
0839

We carry a lot of transistors like this, but we do not carry this part number.
I also searched on Google, but could not find any of the specifications, so I was unable to search for a possible equivalent part. I’m sorry we didn’t have a cross to offer for this part.
