Looking for replacement tvs diode. The markings on the ones that did not burn show BEX 65A.

I did find SMCJ22CABCT-ND which is a TVS that is marked ‘BEX’, but I see no indication of a ‘65A’ for it. It is possible that this is the TVS Diode you are looking for, you will want to review the documentation and specification to ensure if it would work for your application.
