Attached is a photo of both what I belive ae transistors that I need to fond replacements for. They are from roughly around 2001 and are from a McCormack dna1 amplifier. I have attached a picture of them. Any help finding replacements would be greatly appreciated.
The other item could be BSS100 based on a reverse image search. The original may have been made by Infineon, but I do think this would have similar specifications based on similar markings to the BSS89 transistor. The part is obsolete, so there is a recommended cross that seems suitable: ZVN2110A-ND.
Can I what it is you are using to cross reference the parts?
I just used Google’s reverse image search and then found a similar marking that lead me to this site: https://www.electrical.com/Products/Semiconductor-Infineon/BSS89
The marking looked similar enough, so I decided to see if I could find info on BSS89, which I did. Then I assumed that this transistor was in the same or similar series, so I looked up BSS100 and got a hit. I’m not entirely confident on the identification, but this is the best I can do with what I have.
Agreeing with @Kaleb_Kohlhase, the logo is the Infineon logo, and the markings match their datasheet:
Also agree that the ZVN2110A-ND has very similar, though not identical specs.
Other similar parts are the following:
