Magnachip 80R900PC

MPX x2 40/105/21B. 250v ~ 275v

HI all, new to this forum but trying to track down a supplier of the above parts for. project I am working on.  
So far I have drawn a blank

I saw that for the USA, [Arrow Electronics](https://www.arrow.com) is listed as distributor.

Searching the Arrow site I found a version of the part [https://www.arrow.com/en/products/mmd80r900pcrh/magnachip-semiconductor](https://www.arrow.com/en/products/mmd80r900pcrh/magnachip-semiconductor)

If you want 3000 or more and can wait 34 weeks they will probably take an order.

My bet is Magnachip wants nothing to do with customers interested in quantities less than 10000/year and are looking for 1000000+/year customers where the real money is in low cost components.

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum, part 80R900PC isn’t a product we carry but take a look at DigiKey part [497-15685-5-ND](https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/stmicroelectronics/STP8NK80Z/1039566) as a possible option for a replacement.

We don’t have Magnachip as a supplier and the closest part I was able to find to [80R900PC](https://www.magnachip.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/MMP80R900PC_Datasheet_v1.3_20210610-1.pdf) on our site is part number [SPP06N80C3XKSA1](https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/infineon-technologies/SPP06N80C3XKSA1/509557)
