I can take measurement of the male connector as well, so that the length of the pin and width of the pin can help with narrowing done what kind of connector it is

alright the width of the hole is 3.6mm, the depth of the hole is 7.6mm, the male pin in the middle is 1.15mm in diameter and is 5.5mm tall

It would be nice to see the back of the circuit board, to see how large the bottom of the pins are.
Some possible options are part numbers ED90079-ND, ED5014-ND, and ED11313-ND. These can be used with a male pin between 0.81~1.17mm diameter.
Please check the datasheet to verify the dimensions and compatibility to your application.

i think the black component on the back of the pcb is just a 3d printed part, i am not sure how far those pins stand off of the back of the pcb
