Our customer raised a queries as below Yellow highlighted and requesting you to provide a quick information as we are holding .

Do they have a shorter contact, or a contact with the same length but a bit deeper? The current length/depth is 19mm based off the datasheet

We are working on the first build , but these contacts only use about half the pin length in the connector due to a stop in the socket, and we are running out of room in the strain relief as a result.

Please provide quick solution.

Unfortunately we do not have anything shorter.

Perhaps I am not understanding the nature of your question. These contacts are designed to fit properly inside their respective connector housing.

If the contacts are seated properly, there should be adequate room on the back side for proper strain relief.

Are you sure that the contacts are being properly and fully inserted into the respective connector housing?
