to be honest im looking across them 4 and seeing different so im not 100%

IT IS A4T15

A BAV70 has a part marking of the A4. Here is the link: https://www.digikey.com/short/h829q0tp

Is the T15 apart from the A4? That could be a date code or lot code. Not sure as I can’t see it clearly. You can look at this to see if this makes sense to what is on the board.
