On the Digikey parts: A30295-ND and A30271-ND, what would the associated part #s be for the pins that work with those? And how would I figure that out by myself? I’m looking at the “Associated Products” like 1-794612-0 and 794610-1 and assuming those are the ones- but would love to know how to confirm that.

To find the contacts for part number A30295-ND. Scroll down the page until you see the Associated Product list. There you will see the contacts for the connectors.
The “Associated Product” and “Mating Product” listings are generally quit robust, bust are not universally populated nor guaranteed to be correct.
Validation is done by consulting the manufacturer’s documentation, which is to be considered authoritative in all matters. The default datasheet linked for the 794617-6 for example (use mfr P/Ns when searching within datasheets…) carries the useful note below:
and if one consults the other document linked as a datasheet under “documents and media” a ctrl+F for the housing P/N quickly finds this page:
which suggests going a few pages up to find a somewhat fuller listing of available contact P/Ns.
