Understand the emergency switch is placed on the high side of each relay. It is designed to break the coil circuit. 2. The microcontroller receives a MAX debounced signal indicating that the estop has been pressed. Thoughts: - Consider moving the estop to the supply side of the system. This may or may not be possible given the nature of your loads. - Perform the debounce in software. - Depending on the nature of your design consider a proper emergency stop with redundancy.
