We purchased the part number MCOT064032A1V-YI from DigiKey.

However, we noticed that the datasheet does not specify the VBAT voltage specification. Could you please help confirm the VBAT specification range for this device?

In addition, could you please advise :

  • What is the minimum VBAT voltage requirement?
  • Our customer’s design uses 3.3V for VBAT. Is this acceptable for this device?

The display IC the MCOT064032A1V-YI uses is SSD1306BZ, which has an internal charge pump DC to DC converter.

To pull up the datasheet for that chip you can do a search for “SSD1306BZ Midas Display” online.

It’s optimized for a single cell li-po battery or similar.
