> Memory Cards are electronic storage devices used on a pc board for storage or transferring digital information that can be easily inserted and removed. These items are available in a variety of memory types such as ATA Flash, CFast, CompactFlash, DataFLASH, EPROM, FLASH, microSDHC, microSDXC, microSD, NVSRAM, SDHC, SDXC, SD, and SRAM with memory sizes ranging from 128B to 480GB.

  

**Selection**** Characteristics**

> **Memory Type:** The specific type or technology of memory used in the card.

> **Memory Size:** The total amount of data storage capacity provided.

> **Speed:** The data transfer rate at which data can be read from or written to the memory card.

> **Technology:** The type of NAND flash memory used in the construction of the memory card.

> **Operating Temperature:** Recommended operating temperature, typically given in a range or as a maximum. Exceeding these temperatures may affect performance or damage the device and other system components.
