Yes. It would include TMS320F28379D.

EDIT: My mistake, I was looking at what is included with LAUNCHXL-F28379D. We are checking to see if that TI board would be included with purchase.

I put in an inquiry with EPC on this, hopefully we hear back shortly.

EPC has responded on this inquiry indicating the LAUNCHXL board would not be included with the purchase of EPC9147B

They indicate both LAUNCHXL-F28069M and LAUNCHXL-F28379D are compatible with this board.
