現在ドローンのモーター駆動部に採用しているMOSFET VBGQA1305の置き換えを検討しており、代替可能な製品をご紹介いただけますと幸いです。

Hello shion_s_eng, thank you for the question. I could not find an exact datasheet for this online, the closest is a VBQA1302:

It’s possible the 1305 version has a higher amperage rating, but I’m not sure. Click here to see potential alternates.

I do think it is some kind of 8-DFN package.
