The suffixes “HUMA1” call out the Infineon OPN suffixes.
The suffixes HUMA1 would call out the following
H = Non-Halogen Free - RoHS Compliant - Totally Lead Free
UM = 330mm Tape & Reel
A1 = A1 Infineon Designator
For details, please refer to Infineon OPN suffixes (example NTMA1)
