Does the NCP81418GEVK include the PMBus interface module mentioned in the user manual?

The manual refers to the PMBus devices as NCP81428 and NCP81418.
In the attributes on our website, it list the NCP81418, NCP81428 being utilized with the part number 488-NCP81418GEVK-ND, so I would think it should be included. Also, the quick start instructions mentions connecting the module, and no mention that you have to purchase them separately.
