I do not see that we have any limit switches available that match this physical configuration or electrical specifications. It’s an uncommon assembly.

Yes, I am starting to believe it has been the result of a custom design request.
@Kristof_2649 , do you think is there something similar, with same maximum ratings, that I can fit in with limited out-of-warranty modifications (for example I can solder some wire instead of using the connectors if it impossible to have a model with pins in the correct direction…)

As mentioned we did not carry one to cross that is a physical match to your existing switch. For some possible option.
Would it be possible for you to join together two SPDT switches to act as your DPDT switch does. Joining together the switch body and levers to recreate the existing DPDT switch.
Examples of those SPDT switches.
