Need help finding replacement resistor

Hello,

I could use some help finding a suitable replacement for the resistor in the picture below. I tried the Resistor Color Code Calculator but this particular 5-band combination is not allowed in the tool.

220Ω 5% would be a reasonable guess. Extra black band may be meant to indicate a temperature coefficient, or perhaps a failure rate if a mil-spec item.

To me the fifth band looks like it might be brown and not black, if that is the case the calculator indicates the following:
