Need help identifying BMW Siemens VDO MSV80 MOSFET (marking F0635AJ / V5036S)

Hello,

I am repairing a BMW Siemens VDO MSV80 DME (ECU) from an N52 engine.

I need help identifying a MOSFET with the following top markings:

F0635AJ
V5036S

Could anyone help identify the original part number or recommend an equivalent replacement available from DigiKey?

Based on the top marking, this component was originally manufactured by Fairchild Semiconductor. But since the 2016 M&A, it has been produced by onsemi under the part number ISL9V5036S3ST.
