The 1000 = 1000uf, H = 50V, FK = Series, 140Y = Lot number.
The closest matches I found are part numbers P124623CT-ND, and P124694CT-ND.
These will have a base size of 17.00mm X 17.00mm, and are automotive grade.
Please check the Datasheet to verify compatibility to your application.

Seeing that is obviously not the same series, as it ends with a P, you will need to measure the base of your capacitor, to verify the correct size needed. Can you also verify the top number was 1000, and the voltage was an H?
