Need help to locate a transistor IRC530-007 replacement.
International Rectifier IRC530 is obsolete on the DigiKey website.

IRC530 is a HEXFET Power Mosfet TO-220 with five legs. I need to find some type of replacement please.

Looking for DigiKey employee to provide suggestions. Thanks

The only active N-channel mosfets we have in that package are located here. You would need to review the other specifications to see if one will work for your application.
