Need high voltage and current N phase mosfets

I am looking for high voltage 150vdc and 100amps N channel mosfets for large inverter project.

The surge voltage and current draw is popping smaller mosfete befor the unit settles down to operational levels.

What kind of N -Ch. MOSFET package do you need?

Also, we need to know other parameters: Vds, Rds, Id, Vgs
