Hi, I’m looking for compatible substitutes or replacements for (Intersil) ISL 88739B and (Sino Power) SM7323EH. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Renesas recommends ISL95522A as a available alternative to ISL88739B, but we still have ISL88739B in stock.
For SM7323EH, it is indeed difficult to find a direct replacement. However, AONY363X2/4/6 from Alpha and Omega Semiconductor, Inc. has the same dual N-channel (Q1/Q2) configuration in the same package as SM7323EHKP. Please review their datasheet to check if they can work in your application.
