Any help would be greatly appreciated. It’s for a Ubiquiti uvc-g4-pro. If I can’t find a match, I’m probably resorting to a cable directly soldered to the PCB and an external rj45 port. It’s needs to be pretty similar to fit the housing.

I was able to find quite a few vertical RJ45 Jacks, unfortunately, they all appear to have plastic board guides that your board does not appear to have.
If you are unable to find an exact match, if you can find one with the right footprint you should be able to snip off the plastic board guides.
