I’m having difficulty tracking anything down similar to this.
What type of connection is this? Is it a Card Edge connector?
What are the dimensions? What is the spacing between contacts (pitch)?
Are the two adjacent contacts connected to each other?

Is that just an 8-position wide shunt/jumper? It looks like it just slides over 2 rows of 0.1" (2.54mm) header pins and shunts (shorts) the respective pin in each row to the adjacent pin the the other row.
If so, the header itself would look something like this:
And any of the following would be possible alternatives to the 8-position shunt mounted on it:

MNT-108-BK-G 16 position (2 x 8) shunt strip, gold plating

MNT-108-BK-T 16 position (2 x 8) shunt strip, tin plating
