Aa763 amp. Why would I have a reading of neg 0 on the 6v6 pin 5

Would you be able to elaborate on what is happening exactly?
I believe I found the part number of the tube which is 6L6GC.
I see a few resources online for that part, but they have been obsolete for quite a few years.
Here is a link to one of the datasheets I found for it.
i rewired some suspect connections. now when i measure for negative 30 v on pin 5 of the power tube (or there abouts) . i have a reading of + 400v…this is obviously not right
but i cant figure out why…
