New ATECC608C Shows Config Space Locked

I ordered ATECC608C-SSHDA-B. I thought these parts would be new/blank, but when I read the configuration space it shows as programmed and locked. So I cannot use these parts for my application. What is the correct part number for a blank part?

I am not sure on the unprogrammed options. I will look ito this request and see what I can find out.

Update - I tried another chip (out of the 10 I ordered) and it shows as unprogrammed so maybe I got a mixed tube of parts. I have not checked the other 8 yet.
