# ON Semiconductorのトランジスタ（BJT）のサフィックス「G」とは？

[MJ21194G](https://www.digikey.jp/ja/products/detail/onsemi/MJ21194G/919459) のように、サフィックス「G」が付いたON Semiconductorのトランジスタを見かけた場合、

サフィックス「G」は、そのトランジスタがRoHS対応品であることを示します。
