We do not have a spice model for this one.
The spice model is available on the supplier’s site under the base model part number OPA1612-Q1. The part number OPA1612AQDRQ1 is the orderable part number.

Thank you, I found a .LIB for OPA1612A-Q1 but when I ran the simulation I get an error saying a parameter valve for GVO+ a tarnsconductance is missing. I think the modelis incomplete.
After doing some research, the issue that you are having with the spice model might be because of the simulation program being used or the version of the program.
You can check out these forums on the topic regarding the issues others have had with the model.
If they don’t help resolve the issue, then I would suggest posting your issue on TI’s forum.
