Is this product still manufactured by TI? I have encountered some underperforming versions of it.

Among TI’s OPA541 series, only the OPA541AP with a TO-220 package type is in active status, while the TO-CAN types OPA541AM, OPA541BM, and OPA541SM are in NRND status.
