Orion Fans, perhaps unsurprisingly, offfers an array of cooling fan products to meet a variety of needs. Sometimes these devices may not match your existing records, as is the case for OD3010-12HB (as one example). The product documentation shows a seven-bladed fan, but the model you will receive when you order it is a five-bladed fan with lower current draw. Is this a misshipment, or some other mistake?
Not at all. Orion’s documentation indicates “Information and data is subject to change without prior notification.” Orion reserves the right to alter their designs as they wish without informing customers, and they do not send out PCNs or other documentations for commercial off-the-shelf products. So long as the fan’s performance is considered equivalent or superior to the prior version, nothing is considered amiss.
