OSRAM confusing part number - JTLMS1.CM

I am looking at GW JTLMS1.CM part from OSRAM

One part example is GW JTLMS1.CM-G8H2-XX56-1-60-R33. Especially the “G8H2-XX” part. How shall I decode G8H2 when G8 and H2 each are different brightness group mentioned in the datasheet? Will the forward voltage number like L1 will replace the ‘XX’ portion?

Page 3 of the datasheet has the ordering information you would order by color temperature, the XX is just a place holder for the manufacturer or internal for the manufacturer it gives no explanation and has the ordering code for the part.
