I am looking for the panel cutout dimensions for the C&K RM107772BCB.

With that part being a through hole mount they really do not account for panel cutout.
Since really the only thing going through the panel for this would be the actuator that would be the only dimension to worry about.
The actuator is listed as a 4.2mm diameter so you would want to go just above that.

As @Brent_2328 states, the RM107772BCB has a 4.2mm diameter shaft.
From the datasheet, it can be determined that the shaft extends above the body of the switch by about 7.73mm.
We also offer two optional knobs which fit onto the shaft which would have a clearance of about 2mm between the bottom of the knob and the surface of the main body of the switch.
