Looking for CSI-12VDC Coil (CM-2CP-DC12)

We do not carry these part numbers, and I was unable to find any specifications to search for an alternate part to offer.
Do you have photos of the relay you are looking for?
Besides the 12VDC coil, we will need the voltage and current for the load contacts.
Also the pinout, and pin spacing, if it mounts into a circuit board.
I saw one picture on-line, that has additional 1/4" terminals on top. If your relay has those, we need to know which terminals they are connected to.
