Looks like the currently available part number would be the following:
- 1812GA331JAT2A (a.k.a. KGM43FCG3D331JV)
Regarding the KGM43FCG3D331JV part number, as shown above, it is just a renaming of the 1812GA331JAT2A and one can search with either part number to get to the same part.
I have found an older document which explains that the meaning of the last “1” of the original part number “1812GA331JAT1A” is that it comes on a 7" reel with embossed tape. The “2” of the alternative part number just means that it uses paper tape rather than embossed tape.
Therefore, the 1812GA331JAT2A would seem to be the identical part, just packaged in a 7" paper tape reel.
