Need help identifying this part. It might be LV8080LP-TE-L-E, but I am not sure. Can anyone please confirm? Google just says “MOSFET”.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to find any information related to the marking. I wasn’t able to verify the marking on the documentation for LV8080LP to confirm if this was correct. Do you have the board that this is mounted on, with any additional information?

Same unfortunately. I don’t have a board, this is just a photo of the part in its original reel packaging. We had some mix-ups in our stockroom and I was trying to check that this is the correct part before sending to a customer. The bottom does look similar to the surface mount LV8080 and that is what it is supposed to be, just didn’t want to send the wrong part to them again.

I checked also, and the only marking listed on the datasheet, is the dot on top, for the #1 position.
Since the part has been obsolete for almost 10 years, the only option I can think of, is for you to request the information from the manufacture directly.

I’m pretty sure, this is two channels constant-current H-bridge Driver - LV8080LP, from onsemi.
