I have this similar part, MKS4F042206A00KYSD. The datasheet is not clear on the “Y” is. 00 is 2 pin, K is tolerance, SD is pin length. What is Y?

I’m afraid I can’t say. Here’s all the info I see, with many options for various ammo pack, reel, roll, and blister packs, but no mention of “Y”:
Perhaps it’s a custom packing option?
I found an old datasheet that indicates the Y suffix is TPS Standard, which they phased out and combined with Bulk.

There is an old datasheet on Octopart, circa 2011, that has Y as bulk defined.
