The difference in these part numbers is the factory packaging. While all of the parts are available in quantities of one from Digi-Key, when Digi-Key orders them from the manufacturer part number for example 0217005.VXP is ordered in package quantities of 5. The 0217005.HXP is ordered in package quantities of 100 and 0217005.MXP is ordered in a package quantity of 1,000.

Further Breakdown of part 0217005.HXP would be as follows
0217 would be the series number
005 would be the rating of 5 Amps
H would he MFG pack of 100. (Digi-Key sells individually)
X would be filler (or Bulk)
P is the RoHS identifier

Additional options for pack quantity would be as follows
X=1
V=5
T=10
S=20
L=50
H=100
F=200
G=250
U=500
M=1000
D=1500
P=2000
E=2500
W=3000
Y=4000
N=5000
K=10000
J=12000
Z=MISC

Additional Packaging Types
A= Ammo Packed
