I am looking for a blank to fill the holes the above part number can fill.

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum. I looked at our options and didn’t find one that would fit the panel cutout dimensions for this switch.
I found 432-RA000-B-ND that looks to be the blank for the R series from Carling.
