What Form are you selling of this part?

The drawings show 3 Forms or variants but the website doesn’t specify which one is being sold.

I am looking for Form A.

964306-1 is Form A. - No Form B option is available.

In case of ‘964310’, 2-964310-2 would be Form A and 964310-1 would be Form B.
